Tim W as Reunion Co-Chief, Meal Planner, and Camp Keeper. Tim is making this off-year Reunion happen. He has rented Camp Susan and is volunteering for meal, camp and inventory management. Please sign up to assist him below!
Wendy as Reunion Chief. Wendy is working with Tim to organize Reunion.
Walt and Nathaniel as Webmasters. We’re handling this website and digital communication for Reunion.
These are the other jobs that we need to be filled before reunion of 2026.
Assistant Meal Planners
Help Tim write the meal plan, recipes, and shopping list and organize the Shoppers.
Assistant Camp Keepers
Help Tim open and close camp, take inventory, and organize the Clean-up Crew.
Cake Providers (Optional)
Order and transport one or more cakes that celebrates graduates, newlyweds, and birthdays during or near Reunion.

Re-stock Shoppers
Restock items
as needed during Reunion.
Cleanup Crew
Clean each building, its bathrooms, etc. on the last day of Reunion.
Trash Squad
Take out all trash on camp grounds.
